I've got sympathy with both viewpoints, but my £/50 is post it. After all, disk space may not be free, but it's pretty cheap, and whilst it's true that everyone here speaks English, asking and answering a question in a foreign language is one thing, but taking in new information, where you have less background and fewer clues, is much more difficult. So I think it wd be valuable. My only suggestion is that you put "(Auf Deutsch / In German)" or something like that in the title to save monoglot anglophones (and let's face it, most of us are) from disappointment. Respect to you for taking the trouble, any how.
