I've got sympathy with both viewpoints, but my £/50 is post it. After all, disk space may not be free, but it's pretty cheap, and whilst it's true that everyone here speaks English, asking and answering a question in a foreign language is one thing, but taking in new information, where you have less background and fewer clues, is much more difficult. So I think it wd be valuable. My only suggestion is that you put "(Auf Deutsch / In German)" or something like that in the title to save monoglot anglophones (and let's face it, most of us are) from disappointment. Respect to you for taking the trouble, any how. § George Sherston

Posts may use any of the Perl Monks Approved HTML tags. Currently these include the following:
<code> <a> <b> <big>
<blockquote> <br /> <dd>
<dl> <dt> <em> <font>
<h1> <h2> <h3> <h4>
<h5> <h6> <hr /> <i>
<li> <nbsp> <ol> <p>
<small> <strike> <strong>
  <table>
<td> <th> <tr> <tt>
<u> <ul>
-
Snippets of code should be wrapped in
<code> tags not
<pre> tags. In fact, <pre>
tags should generally be avoided. If they must
be used, extreme care should be
taken to ensure that their contents do not
have long lines (<70 chars), in order to prevent
horizontal scrolling (and possible janitor
intervention).
