Re^3: what are the rules regarding homenode image, what is inappropriate?

A reason for discouraging inappropriate user images is avoiding legal jeopardy. At least in the U.S., being explicit about what is allowed or not allowed can be a way to increase legal jeopardy. If I were a policy maker, I would duck this question.
