(Correct me if I am wrong, but) I am not personally aware of any language-specific UI modes on the site. If it is an issue of importance to you, then perhaps you should review the notes on the PM dev group page, and offer your time and energy to make it a reality. Hope that helps. Update: 2014-12-16
