Is there some reason you can't run the code under the debugger or, even better, use an IDE such as Komodo? You can require the module instead of useing it so you can debug the load process.
But really, you need to untaint $RealBin. Something like:
BEGIN
{
use FindBin qw($RealBin);
my ($cleanPath) = $RealBin =~ m/(some sane path match here)/;
use lib $FindBin::Bin;
}

Posts may use any of the Perl Monks Approved HTML tags. Currently these include the following:
<code> <a> <b> <big>
<blockquote> <br /> <dd>
<dl> <dt> <em> <font>
<h1> <h2> <h3> <h4>
<h5> <h6> <hr /> <i>
<li> <nbsp> <ol> <p>
<small> <strike> <strong>
  <table>
<td> <th> <tr> <tt>
<u> <ul>
-
Snippets of code should be wrapped in
<code> tags not
<pre> tags. In fact, <pre>
tags should generally be avoided. If they must
be used, extreme care should be
taken to ensure that their contents do not
have long lines (<70 chars), in order to prevent
horizontal scrolling (and possible janitor
intervention).
