I recommend looking into LWP. you might be able to get away with LWP::Simple. stick in it an infinite loop submitting HTTP::Requests to vote.

they might be too smart for that; they might be handing back a randomkey or a cookie that you need to vote. LWP will still be able to handle that, since it can deal with HTTP::Cookies.

How close can you get? write what you can, and ask more specific questions.
