Effective Perl Programming is just packed with useful tips for perl fluency Maybe. I like that book because I'm tired of read every time the same liric introduction in Perl. "Effective Perl Programming" is oriented on the experience Perl developers and accentuates on Perl specific features. Sure, there are many good Perl books which were named in that post. Personally, I pick out following Perl books:
