Calculator abilities..

Shinwa has asked for the wisdom of the Perl Monks concerning the following question:

My fellow monks. During the long, slow hours of work. I seemed to have created a calculator in Perl. Thus far, it can only do basic math such as algebra, area/volume, and geometry. I was wondering, what would -you- monks love to see a Perl based calculator solve?

I've been needing to do lots of partial fraction expansions lately; it would be really nice if I had a calculator that could help me avoid that tedium.

It would be nice if it could solve systems of equations. It would also be nice if it could do basic Calculus:

Object launched at a velocity of 13 m/sec on a heading of 34 degrees with gravity of 9.8 m/sec^2 = how far? How high? How long to reach peak or end point?

Then there's derivatives and so on. All that good stuff :) The calculator should also offer all major unit conversions - feet to centimeters, for instance - and sums of integer sequences, integer square sequences, etc.

I have half a mind to go program one myself for fun :)

I am actually in the process of adding conversions. Calculus is also on the todo list, but is taking slightly longer =P
