Tim Vroom is responcible for all of this. He allows the idiotic votes and insulting posts and says nothing.

If Vroom is responsible for maintaining order and enforcing civility in the Monastary, and being as Perlmonks is his site, that means that he has complete freedom to do with it as he sees fit.

If Vroom asks you to leave, will you?
