Have you verified that? When last we left this issue, I'd recommended that you manually inspect the database, rather than waiting until you'd generated HTML from it. Did you? Was data truncated in the database?
Update: andrew confirmed by /msg that the data in the database was O.K.

When inserting data into a db you should use $dbh->quote($var) for correct quoting.
