i've seen some nodes considered by their authors because they posted inaccurate information, and didn't want down-votes.I've posted some real wrong stuff too, I guess most have. When this is pointed out to me, I usually add something like this to the beginning of the node: Update: Doh. I was wrong/didn't test the code/whatever it was. I'm gonna leave this here to serve as a warning to myself and others to not do the same again. :) That way I both can stand for my mistakes, while at the same time not risk anyone actually following my poor advice. And I actually think that if someone is so concerned about it, people will not vote you down much for such a node (when updated) either. I think it is a good way to go. You have moved into a dark place. It is pitch black. You are likely to be eaten by a grue.
