Thanks, but I need to use the debugger interactively in the same environment like my client, and that's unfortunately active state for 5.24. My guess so far - we had similar discussions before - was that AS messed it up. That's why I asked how Reply - great tool BTW - solved it. Apart from this I'm very interested to have an out of the box REPL in CORE. I think that's crucial for Perl. :)
