in thread how to print out side of for loop?

Alrighty, then.

marto, to really grock some mistaken logic, read your last post. If you don't get it, then read it agin.

Just so you know, I'll not be your enemy, I won't downvote you unless you deserve it, will upvote you when you give good help. But I'm done with THIS thread.

Beam me up, Scotty

"to really grock some mistaken logic, read your last post. If you don't get it, then read it agin."

You've yet to prove I've made any mistakes. I've made various points which you choose to ignore, you then go on to tell others how to behave and what they should do, yet when someone questions your behaviour (name calling, offensive language on what is a public forum, kids can use this site), you first respond with:

Re^6: how to print out side of for loop?:

"Ah heck, marto. That was too harsh. Sorry. "

"You have your own way of responding as well. And I jumped right on it. What a hypocrite."

Then return to form in subsequent posts. I've pointed out the mistaken logic (code which doesn't work, code which doesn't do what you intend never mind meet OPs requirements, "Nobody is even aware of my usage of perlmonks but me" while we can all see your posts and CB chat... and so on).

You've given no example of anything I've done wrong other than how you personally perceive my treatment of one user, without adequate context, as somehow being unacceptable. FYI their session of Q&A in the chatterbox was slightly more productive than yesterday. With each critical post you don't provide anything to back up any claims. You don't seem to follow your own advice.

    "Its a hobby"[sic]

It's a hobby for everyone. The community is full of people devoting their spare time to help and contribute. This site doesn't employ people to sit and answer questions or post useful code. How is this in any way relevant to any of the points I raised?
