Anonymous Monk has asked for the wisdom of the Perl Monks concerning the following question:
I need to learn Java pretty quickly. All of the Java texts are aimed at people with C/C++ backgrounds. Do any of you enlightened folks know of a Java text assuming the reader is more familiar with Perl?
