How to update AS perl's HTML help (FoxCub wrote about it in 488591) (Looking closer though, UpdateHTML calls WriteTOC before returning - shouldn't be necessary):
perl -MActivePerl::DocTools -e "ActivePerl::DocTools::UpdateHTML();"
ActivePerl::DocTools::WriteTOC();"
