Use Text::Wrap (part of the standard perl distribution):
use Text::Wrap;
print wrap("\t", ' ', @paragraphs);
The paragraphs you give to Text::Wrap should not contain embedded newlines. Text::Wrap doesn't justify the lines (flush-right).
