New 'Popular' Nodelet

I was thinking that many of us have Best Nodes and Worst Nodes on our Personal nodelet. It would be kind of neat to see what other nodes people put on their personal list... maybe through a new nodelet for 'popular nodes' as measured by inclusion in people's personal nodelets.

The nodelet would be updated once a day (or week or month or whatever) by a db query that sorted through everyone's personal nodelet and determined the most common links.

Alas, there is a fatal flaw in this... people might be tempted to remove nodes from their personal list because they show up in the popular list, which would result in one less vote for said popular list... so maybe there needs to be a better way to measure popular nodes for the nodelet... or maybe don't make it a nodelet, just make it a page...

Replies are listed 'Best First'.
