Missing "Front-paged by" data

by Athanasius (Archbishop)
on Jan 15, 2020 at 06:56 UTC ( [id://11111423]=monkdiscuss: print w/replies, xml ) Need Help??

I just noticed that when I view the recent node Directory hierarchy for Strawberry Perl build, posted on 14th January, the Approval Nodelet is missing its Front-paged by line, even though the Recently Active Threads annotation for this node shows (F:1/2) which on mouse-over reveals Frontpaged by 'Corion'.

FWIW, the most recent Seekers of Perl Wisdom node (prior to this one) to have been Front-paged without an explicit Approval appears to be Best Perl REPL/Shell on Win (and Linux)?, posted on 9th January, for which the Approval Nodelet does contain a Front-paged by line.

Cheers,

Athanasius <°(((><contra mundum Iustus alius egestas vitae, eros Piratica,

    Comparing the two mentioned nodes' moderation history, the defective one has only one "perlquestion approved linktype", while the other one has two. I see no difference in their pairs of "frontpage linktypes".

    map{substr$_->[0],$_->[1]||0,1}[\*||{},3],[[]],[ref qr-1,-,-1],[{}],[sub{}^*ARGV,3]
      Agreed

      and the "unapprove" after the "frontpage" looks strange and might cause this:

    I've noticed this and similar/related anomalies for quite some time. Pretty frustrating. But I haven't taken the time to look into the cause.

    I reckon we are the only monastery ever to have a dungeon stuffed with 16,000 zombies.
