When logged in, Newest Nodes starts with

Show nodes created ... More Newest Nodes Settings

and this all works as expected.

However, when not logged in (i.e. as Anonymous Monk), the same is displayed but the Newest Nodes Settings link does not link to Newest Nodes Settings; instead, it links to a Super Search page showing:

Found 0 nodes ... where title contains all of "Newest", "Nodes", "Settings"

I don't know what the intended functionality is but I suspect this isn't it.

Here's a non-exhaustive list of possibilities for Anonymous Monk:

I'm not making a request for any of those specifically nor do I have any particular preference. I do, however, think that the wording should match the action.

If the settings are stored server-side (which I suspect they are... hopefully a pmdev can advise), then there's no need for the link at all, as AnonymousMonk is a transient user and I suspect the settings config data wouldn't be kept anyhow.

At least that's what I'm guessing.

Thank you. Fixed. (Option #1 implemented.)

I reckon we are the only monastery ever to have a dungeon staffed with 16,000 zombies.

      G'day jdporter,

++ I think you must have an enormous TODO list. Thanks for getting around to this.

By the way, I thought your signature used to say stuffed, not staffed:

      • I followed the staffed link. That's looks like another old item you can cross off your TODO list.
      • I followed the zombies link. It looks like the original was indeed stuffed. Oops! Hope I haven't just added to the TODO list.

Joking aside, all of the work you do here is very much appreciated. I'd give another ++ if I could.

Truth be told, this wasn't on my to-do list. I just came across your node randomly. Well, pseudo-randomly: It was a hit on a search for something else. ;-)

signature used to say stuffed, not staffed:

Indeed! I recently changed it. Keen eye!

I'm not sure what you mean. Something to do with the s/Perl 6/Raku/g? Maybe just the worrying about it? :-D

        I'd give another ++ if I could.

Your appreciation is appreciated! It's a labor of love, I assure you. :-)
