Actually, I believe he is already here. The first poem on the page you linked to can be found at Suessified Perl Poem, and I recall seeing at least one other of those poems lying around here. The page seems to be run by Kevin Meltzer, and the poster of the perl poems on this site is KM, so I think it's a pretty safe bet that he's already here :)

Unfortunately, there was a discussion a while back at Perl Meanies, after which KM seems to have basically left this site. Pity, I often found his answers to be among the best on the site, and he got many a vote from me.
