2011 (almost 2012) Hi, I've done some advanced work on this and would like to hear from Perl monks who are interested in hearing from interested folks.
I wrote a library that didn't work like STL, but allowed Perl to gain some of the benefits-- in a way, betraying Stepanov by retreating to the reason he rejected Ada, but gaining some benefits. I'm interested in Perl 5 or 6 coders who are interested in the subject!

Posts may use any of the Perl Monks Approved HTML tags. Currently these include the following:
<code> <a> <b> <big>
<blockquote> <br /> <dd>
<dl> <dt> <em> <font>
<h1> <h2> <h3> <h4>
<h5> <h6> <hr /> <i>
<li> <nbsp> <ol> <p>
<small> <strike> <strong>
  <table>
<td> <th> <tr> <tt>
<u> <ul>
-
Snippets of code should be wrapped in
<code> tags not
<pre> tags. In fact, <pre>
tags should generally be avoided. If they must
be used, extreme care should be
taken to ensure that their contents do not
have long lines (<70 chars), in order to prevent
horizontal scrolling (and possible janitor
intervention).
