- uh: Scarborough, borough, thorough (alt), thoroughbred, Macdonough, Poughkeepsie
- up: hiccoughed
- oth: trough (alt)
- ock: lough, hough
- och (aspirated): lough
- ahf: Gough
- og: Coughlin (also 5)
