I have assayed the married state twice. The best I can say about it is that I managed to prize a best friend out of the second attempt, & since I'd needed one for a long, long time, this was in reality a Very Good Thing.
On the other hand I have come to the sad conclusion that I in the area of "romance" I am essentially a singleton, and that my years spent agonizing over girls/women were really in vain.
I betrayed my True Muse (astronomy) because I got this strange idea women dug me more when I was trying to be an actor ... and that was the worst mistake of my life.
So far.
