It's not too difficult.
Dear Project Manager,
Please be sure to allocate at least half of my time on the project
over the next month to train the new programmers to on the design
and otherwise getting them up to speed. Also, be sure to allocate half
of their time to training as well.
P.S. How's this make the estimate look now?
