I mean to take some stable and small mail script
(not sure, will the NMS TFmail script specifically suit this needs, sure, there are many others mailer scripts, more small size, which probably can be used more easily, without extended features)
There are searchable text database(perl script)
Then we add a cart script to provide to the client a possibility select item, add item, keep added items(here we use cookies and Javascipt), plus we add also mail script to mail order. Finally, we get simple and effective universal system, without even necessity use of a SSI.

Posts may use any of the Perl Monks Approved HTML tags. Currently these include the following:
<code> <a> <b> <big>
<blockquote> <br /> <dd>
<dl> <dt> <em> <font>
<h1> <h2> <h3> <h4>
<h5> <h6> <hr /> <i>
<li> <nbsp> <ol> <p>
<small> <strike> <strong>
  <table>
<td> <th> <tr> <tt>
<u> <ul>
-
Snippets of code should be wrapped in
<code> tags not
<pre> tags. In fact, <pre>
tags should generally be avoided. If they must
be used, extreme care should be
taken to ensure that their contents do not
have long lines (<70 chars), in order to prevent
horizontal scrolling (and possible janitor
intervention).
