While I appreciate the offer, I can think of some people who need Gmail accounts far more than we do. Gmail4Troops.com and Gmailforthetroops.com forward Gmail invites to soldiers serving in the field. Gmail is particularly suited to them because the 1 gig storage and 8 mb message size make it easy to send and store photos and short videos. No matter what your opinion on the war and the Bush administration in general, our soldiers are in a crap situation and deserve our support. Got an extra invite? Send it to them.

Posts may use any of the Perl Monks Approved HTML tags. Currently these include the following:
<code> <a> <b> <big>
<blockquote> <br /> <dd>
<dl> <dt> <em> <font>
<h1> <h2> <h3> <h4>
<h5> <h6> <hr /> <i>
<li> <nbsp> <ol> <p>
<small> <strike> <strong>
  <table>
<td> <th> <tr> <tt>
<u> <ul>
-
Snippets of code should be wrapped in
<code> tags not
<pre> tags. In fact, <pre>
tags should generally be avoided. If they must
be used, extreme care should be
taken to ensure that their contents do not
have long lines (<70 chars), in order to prevent
horizontal scrolling (and possible janitor
intervention).
