While it is an interesting fact that the pole is asking
whether it is new - thus demonstrating self awareness -
I must answer that yes, it is a new poll.
The vast response to this pole indicates that it is inevitably
new because no one would have voted had it been old. Given
the popular resentment for old things I would have expected
this poll to have been stoned and/or declared a "Security threat of the Fatherland"
