Put the blacklisted sites in a hash rather than a list, that way you can do a fast lookup.
Eh, hashes are great for exact matches, but exact matching
isn't what the OP is doing. He's matching against regexes,
and hashes aren't going to help him there.

<pre> tags. In fact, <pre>
tags should generally be avoided. If they must
be used, extreme care should be
taken to ensure that their contents do not
have long lines (<70 chars), in order to prevent
horizontal scrolling (and possible janitor
intervention).
