You can't create the start of a table, then add the rows, then close off the table without doing it in one go.. that's just not right.. and definitely not modular.. all too hard for me.<
That's simply not true.
use CGI qw/ *table :standard /;
print start_table({-border=>1});
print Tr( td( [qw, a s d f ,]));
print end_table;
__END__
<table border="1"><tr><td>a</td> <td>s</td> <td>d</td> <td>f</td></tr>
+</table>

Posts may use any of the Perl Monks Approved HTML tags. Currently these include the following:
<code> <a> <b> <big>
<blockquote> <br /> <dd>
<dl> <dt> <em> <font>
<h1> <h2> <h3> <h4>
<h5> <h6> <hr /> <i>
<li> <nbsp> <ol> <p>
<small> <strike> <strong>
  <table>
<td> <th> <tr> <tt>
<u> <ul>
-
Snippets of code should be wrapped in
<code> tags not
<pre> tags. In fact, <pre>
tags should generally be avoided. If they must
be used, extreme care should be
taken to ensure that their contents do not
have long lines (<70 chars), in order to prevent
horizontal scrolling (and possible janitor
intervention).
