Actually, I believe he is already here. The first poem on
the page you linked to can be found at
Suessified Perl Poem, and I recall seeing at least one
other of those poems lying around here. The page seems to
be run by Kevin Meltzer, and the poster of the perl poems
on this site is KM, so I think it's a pretty safe bet that
he's already here :)
Unfortunately, there was a discussion a while back
at Perl Meanies, after which KM seems to have basically
left this site. Pity, I often found his answers to be
among the best on the site, and he got many a vote from me.

Posts may use any of the Perl Monks Approved HTML tags. Currently these include the following:
<code> <a> <b> <big>
<blockquote> <br /> <dd>
<dl> <dt> <em> <font>
<h1> <h2> <h3> <h4>
<h5> <h6> <hr /> <i>
<li> <nbsp> <ol> <p>
<small> <strike> <strong>
  <table>
<td> <th> <tr> <tt>
<u> <ul>
-
Snippets of code should be wrapped in
<code> tags not
<pre> tags. In fact, <pre>
tags should generally be avoided. If they must
be used, extreme care should be
taken to ensure that their contents do not
have long lines (<70 chars), in order to prevent
horizontal scrolling (and possible janitor
intervention).
