It doesn't do much good to flock a file that you've already erased. Perhaps you are mixing things from different stuff you've seen in some sort of "opcode soup" that you hope will taste good once you're done.
To me, it's bad from the first taste. :)

<code> tags not
<pre> tags. In fact, <pre>
tags should generally be avoided. If they must
be used, extreme care should be
taken to ensure that their contents do not
have long lines (<70 chars), in order to prevent
horizontal scrolling (and possible janitor
intervention).
