From an HTML string I would like to remove all html tags but keep only
<font=xyz ...> and </font>
tags.
Any suggestions.
Actually as I am writing this, whatever expression you are using for processing CODE tag here on this website will work help me too.
I can have a while loop and when it detects start tag and setup a flag and when it is done and reset the flag. But was trying to see if there are any different ways

Posts may use any of the Perl Monks Approved HTML tags. Currently these include the following:

<li> <nbsp> <ol> <p>
<small> <strike> <strong>

Snippets of code should be wrapped in
<code> tags not
<pre> tags. In fact, <pre>
tags should generally be avoided. If they must
be used, extreme care should be
taken to ensure that their contents do not
have long lines (<70 chars), in order to prevent
horizontal scrolling (and possible janitor
intervention).
