I'm trying to do a post to a cgi script.
https://asite.com/login/create_user.cgi
When I do this, the server that I am sending the post to gets this error...
General SSL accept error -1
I have been informed that it is because I'm not using SSL. Can I direct the socket connection to use SSL directly from my perl script or do I need to set it up as cgi and call it from an https browser connection?

• Snippets of code should be wrapped in <code> tags not <pre> tags. In fact, <pre> tags should generally be avoided. If they must be used, extreme care should be taken to ensure that their contents do not have long lines (<70 chars), in order to prevent horizontal scrolling (and possible janitor intervention).
