I think anything relevant to the Perl community should be
posted, regardless of language. True, I would be
disppointed if there was no English equivalent available,
but then sometimes I don't understand the ones written in
English either.
I don't think the "wait around for a new section" argument
holds water. Half of what's currently on PM probably
wouldn't be here if that were the case. Post it where it
seems reasonable and if it needs to be reorganized later,
so be it. In the mean time let those that can learn from
and enjoy it do so.

Are you posting in the right place? Check out Where do I post X? to know for sure.

Posts may use any of the Perl Monks Approved HTML tags. Currently these include the following:
<code> <a> <b> <big>
<blockquote> <br /> <dd>
<dl> <dt> <em> <font>
<h1> <h2> <h3> <h4>
<h5> <h6> <hr /> <i>
<li> <nbsp> <ol> <p>
<small> <strike> <strong>
  <table>
<td> <th> <tr> <tt>
<u> <ul>
-
Snippets of code should be wrapped in
<code> tags not
<pre> tags. In fact, <pre>
tags should generally be avoided. If they must
be used, extreme care should be
taken to ensure that their contents do not
have long lines (<70 chars), in order to prevent
horizontal scrolling (and possible janitor
intervention).
