I'm color blind too, and the sorting of the donut chart is really confusing some times (took me awhile to identify the second most editor Emacs there*)
But most percentage tables are sorted by descending numbers of the 2018 results, you might get confused by the 2017 results which are listed first. Some questions had a "natural" sorting - like the company size you mentioned - and I think that's a matter of taste. This could only be solved by offering dynamic sort buttons in JS.
