Well, of course, it's not really - if you do something but you're not sure of the best way, it is really better to ask advice.

Sure it is , really.

If you were to walk into a mechanic shop, and ask he best way to put on a wheel, what kind of answer would you expect?

Just do it, right?

The question is too generic , too broad, and too obvious all at the same time.

The answer might surprise you if you were to ask, put on a wheel on my bicycle, or put on a wheel on my monster truck, or ....

To be able to judge what is best, you have to have some idea what that means, and without a starting point, its anything, so just do it

Title:
Use:  <p> text here (a paragraph) </p>
and:  <code> code here </code>
to format your post; it's "PerlMonks-approved HTML":

  • Are you posting in the right place? Check out Where do I post X? to know for sure.
  • Posts may use any of the Perl Monks Approved HTML tags. Currently these include the following:
    <code> <a> <b> <big> <blockquote> <br /> <dd> <dl> <dt> <em> <font> <h1> <h2> <h3> <h4> <h5> <h6> <hr /> <i> <li> <nbsp> <ol> <p> <small> <strike> <strong> <table> <td> <th> <tr> <tt> <u> <ul>
  • Snippets of code should be wrapped in <code> tags not <pre> tags. In fact, <pre> tags should generally be avoided. If they must be used, extreme care should be taken to ensure that their contents do not have long lines (<70 chars), in order to prevent horizontal scrolling (and possible janitor intervention).
  • Want more info? How to link or How to display code and escape characters are good places to start.
