apropos Test::CheckManifest being a requirement, I was just scanning all files for external packages and I saw that in t/manifest.t created by module-starter
#!perl
use 5.006;
use strict;
use warnings;
use Test::More;
unless ( $ENV{RELEASE_TESTING} ) {
plan( skip_all => "Author tests not required for installation" );
}
my $min_tcm = 0.9;
eval "use Test::CheckManifest $min_tcm";
plan skip_all => "Test::CheckManifest $min_tcm required" if $@;
ok_manifest();

Posts may use any of the Perl Monks Approved HTML tags. Currently these include the following:
<code> <a> <b> <big>
<blockquote> <br /> <dd>
<dl> <dt> <em> <font>
<h1> <h2> <h3> <h4>
<h5> <h6> <hr /> <i>
<li> <nbsp> <ol> <p>
<small> <strike> <strong>
  <table>
<td> <th> <tr> <tt>
<u> <ul>
-
Snippets of code should be wrapped in
<code> tags not
<pre> tags. In fact, <pre>
tags should generally be avoided. If they must
be used, extreme care should be
taken to ensure that their contents do not
have long lines (<70 chars), in order to prevent
horizontal scrolling (and possible janitor
intervention).
