So this is from the link But mostly how a bunch of stubbornly fun-loving people outlasted the naysayers to accomplish the extraordinary task of implementing a language that was so ambitious, even its designers said it was impossible. How can anybody even afford to miss a deadline after writing something like this? After all they have to prove a point to 'the naysayers'. So I guess we should all take this well that this time its for real! Prepare to be delightfully surprised. Actually at this point, any thing with Perl 6 would hardly surprise me(us?)
