Or one could create their own RPMs, but that is a lot of work when you hit a modules that has a lot of dependencies. It would be great if CPAN would generate the RPM's as well as working out and installing the dependencies.

<pre> tags. In fact, <pre>
tags should generally be avoided. If they must
be used, extreme care should be
taken to ensure that their contents do not
have long lines (<70 chars), in order to prevent
horizontal scrolling (and possible janitor
intervention).
