It seems that kobesearch was originally set up by Dr Randy Kobes. Be aware that, sadly, Randy passed away about 18 months ago: Sad news (Dr Randy Kobes). I don't know who has taken over kobesearch nowadays.	[reply]

It does not seem anybody has taken this over and over the last months more and more elements of this site dropped (like the "new modules" lists and such). Haven't heard anything, but have you tried http://metacpan.org ? Has a nicer interface and loads of features that the standard search.cpan.org doesn't have.	[reply]

I don't think MetaCPAN has that information directly. There's some extra info in the MetaCPAN Explorer under the Search Distribution box, but I'm not sure it has everything included in DLSIP info and it's in json format. A module is mentioned in This Node (perlmonks) to get the information you need if that's of any use	[reply]
