gcc doesn't understand the HP compiler specific options +DAportable, +DS2.0, +Z, etc.
In case you're wondering where they're coming from: Perl remembers how exactly it's been built, to be able to produce compatible extensions; and your perl apparently hasn't been built with gcc.
So, either use HP's system compiler to build extension modules for your existing perl, or build your own perl with gcc, in which case you can then also use it to compile extension modules.
