We did fairly well with the user-programmer interaction in the first go and it helped keep our feet on the ground. The best thing to have is a Kendal. (she's our best secretary. good with computers, but boldly interacts with them in her own way) It took her 2 minutes to identify my biggest oversight in the scanning routine as she laid a book on the keyboard to make some room to scan. :0
