Update tried using your suggestion.
SOAP::Lite will install, but before the install it will not recognize the below modules.
Client HTTPS support Crypt::SSLeay
Client FTP support SOAP::Transport::FTP
During install, it says there is "SOAP::Transport::FTP (v7.11). However, after install it should be there and a reinstalling again it still does not see it.
