    May I have your few minutes to share questions at your ease in the prescribe format:

    Lets not :) That "format" is too vague and complex, is not a datastructure, or say http://www.modsurvey.org/ xml

    Also, the merits of an open source quiz set, seem a tad dubious :)

    And many of those who wish to learn Perl are willing to put in the time to accomplish that goal. Maybe you can follow that example rather than asking people to do your work for you.
