How often do you laugh?

The better question would be, how often do you make someone else laugh! I laugh a lot, because I'm surrounded by idiots, so this is not a fair poll. :-)	[reply]

I laugh so often that I've lost track ... (which might be anything between 1 and 100 times a day), but nevertheless I think that I don't laugh often enough. Rata (waiting for pmdev to implement the "more-than-one-vote-per-poll"-feature ;-)	[reply]

Other - I don't think I've ever counted it. Counting laughs doesn't strike me as a fun thing to be doing, unless your one of them... You know.... A statistician	[reply]

I've never counted either, but I am nonetheless fairly confident that a mere 100 times per day would be a rather lowball figure.	[reply]

isn't on the hour every hour going to work out to be within the range 1-24 times a day? Come to that, is the 1-24 times a day meant to catch just the people who laugh exactly 24 times a day? they wouldn't fall into either less than 24 times or 25-50 times? (these latter categories exclude 24, whereas 1-24 includes it), maybe just too many choices and ill thought out boundaries. I, of course, answered "never"	[reply]

I had to go with other, mostly because more than one apply, and I'm not sure which to pick. I'd go with: "Not often enough", and "So often I've lost track". I probably don't laugh more than 100 times a day... but that is slightly dependent on how one defines a single laugh. If I laugh for 30 seconds at a single joke, is that one laugh? Ten? How does one count semi-coherent giggling? They say that time changes things, but you actually have to change them yourself. —Andy Warhol	[reply] [d/l]
