Maybe I misread him, but it sounded an awful lot like: "Hi, when I make Yorkshire puddings, they don't rise properly. What Gas mark should I use?" "If you get an electric fan oven and set it to the right °Centigrade, they should rise fine." Examine what is said, not who speaks -- Silence betokens consent -- Love the truth but pardon error.
