hi I am a student in UK and has just come across perl scripting language. basically I am a biology student and quite knowledgeful about R but this perl is a new thing for me. my question is: how could I call the R scripts from the perl command line to obtain its results? i have wasted a lot of my time on this and still has got no idea on how to tackle it, probably system commands or backticks. any reply would be very helpful to me. hoping to find my result soon.
