When I look at Devel::Size, 0.72 is linked as the "latest release".
Indeed it is :) But I failed to notice that. However; ---
I did offer to take it over, but apparently the existing two co-maintainers couldn't agree to that.

Dunno what more I could have done?
Then, perhaps fork it as "Devel::Size::Improved"? License permits it. And the other two co-maintainers can still keep their precious namespace to themselves (even if they'll do nothing with it;)
