    You really need to learn. I don't endeavour to teach the obstinately obtuse though, so just one comment:

    they are all just proof-of-concept codes never meant to be released in the general public

    You do realise that perlmonks is a publicly accessible site, and that code posted here can be found via any search engine and read by anybody with an Internet connection, right? So, what on earth makes you think your code was not "released in the general public" by posting it here?
