This time I saw it happen, red-handed! I entered a title of 'Help with "User Settings"' and when I hit the preview button, that is what indeed showed on the preview. But the form changed to 'help with', truncating the string. Had I hit the submit button without changing it back, it would have posted something different than what the preview showed.
